Teach English to Chinese students of all ages and experience levels online.
Co-taught with regular education teachers 7th Grade Language Arts and 7th Grade Math. Taught 6th grade Study Skills class. Responsible for an additional special education caseload of 10 students as well as students scheduled for classes. Implemented Student Support Team meetings and wrote Individual Education Programs.
Taught Math to incarcerated youth grade levels 5-12. Responsibilities included SST meetings for each student and IEP implementation and updating. Administered all grades. Responsibilities also included, "Lesson of the Day" that could be universally applied to all grade levels and related to real-life experiences.
Taught all levels and subjects K-12. Implemented pre-existing lesson plans or developed own. Responsibilities included classroom management and accurate record keeping. Long-term sub positions included teaching 9th grade Pre-Algebra and preschool for regularly developing and non-typical peers.
Provided entertaining and educational activities for children ages 0-6yrs. Taught all levels of reading/writing/math skills. All students entered the public Kindergarten above level. Students included those with learning disabilities, high functioning autism and ADD. Provided outings including sim lessons in summer,
100 hour certification course in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I also took and passed the added course for teaching Business English.
