- Daily follow up with Clients regarding payment of dues
- Collection of funds from our clients ( cash / checks etc...)
- Reporting to Management regarding problematic Guarantors
- Assist the Third Party Manager :
1-Daily follow up with Guarantors adherents to our group of Insurances and mutuals.
2- Follow up the Collection of dues.
3- Processing the Collected funds.
4- Preparing the Providers payment of dues( I.e hospitals, Labs, etc ....)
5- Reporting to Ex Management the problematic Clients
6-Preparing the weekly aging report regarding claims and Admin fees Collextion.
7-Others ( follow up with clients on their Bank Guarantees or funds deposit for new clients and the related renewal)
