-Responsible in monitoring SCADA servers around the globe as well as ensuring data collection from wind parks is complete and accurate.
-Day-to-day data collection of each and every turbines located in all wind parks across the globe. -Manages helpdesk support, data monitoring and DBA tasks related to the turbine data collection.
-Offsite IT Infrastructure alert monitoring for other wind parks across the globe to ensure connectivity of all the parks to the network, SCADA server is in working condition and Vestas critical services are running to minimize lost production factor of wind turbines.
-Offsite network support assisting customers to make sure that they can connect to Vestas network.
-Perform yearly server maintenance health checks to at least 2000 SCADA servers.
-First level support for customers encountering Application issues.

-Ensuring data collection from wind parks is complete and accurate.
1. Performs employee selection, evaluation, and discipline for shift employees
2. Plans and assigns project to shift employees.
3. Reviews processing of problem logs and discusses any shift problems with employees.
4. Prepares incident reports detailing operations related problems for review by clients and/or data center personnel.
5. Prepare reports for management on processing statistics, equipment performance, network up/down time and related items
-Perform operating and maintenance functions for the mainframe, mid range systems. -Provide quality services as outlined in all Client Service Level Agreements. -Monitor the environment of the Data Centre. -Follow change and problem management processes. -Perform overnight batch processing and print processing as scheduled in accordance to current service levels. -Monitor the system, applications and the network ensuring agreed service levels are met. Systems are continuously monitored to ensure availability of production and testing environments. -Observes and monitors server or machine problems and escalate accordingly. -Contribute to the security of the Data Center. -Provides all aspects of media handling (backup media loading/unloading, dispatch/receipt of offsite media, etc). -Accurate and timely processing of information in and through the computer systems including system utilities, production and testing batch runs and quality control -Maintains current knowledge of operating procedures and standards; -Safeguards security of data center equipment, media and data files;

Attending to emails and requests by clients and engineers
Ensuring physical security procedures are followed strictly

General Reporting, Real time escalation of fault or problem found in Data Centre
To execute any additional tasks or ADHOC as assigned
To perform various computer operation job which includes but are not limited to :
1 Ensuring that all Data Center equipments (i.e. servers, workstations, printers, etc.) are up and running
2 Processing of periodic jobs (i.e. system start-up, start-of-day, intra-day, end-of-day, week-end, month-end, uploads, downloads, extraction, etc.)
3. Generate, print and dispatch required reports and/or files from the bank’s various systems with great care and optimum accuracy
4. Perform backup for all identified critical databases and systems
5. Ensure that all DC supported systems are on-line and up-to-date the following business day at the agreed time with the users
6. To process the validation and uploading of interface files generated by the various bank systems
