Main Responsibilities:

1. Operational Tasks to Be Provided to HO Vienna:

- Monitoring time record system and delivering reports to Line Managers discussing and supporting them in how to compensate overtime.
- Supervising and monitoring leaves and sickness reports/lists and update them accordingly.
- Update the OMV handbook for new incoming employees by having the editorial responsibility.
- Update and manage SAP data base together with HR Manager.

3. Additional General Tasks:
- Supports and guides line management for development and updates of quality job description
- Support hr manager through annual manpower planning, budgeting and approval process
- Support hr manager in local recruitment process (MNR process) to ensure adequately qualified and competent staff is hired
- Provide information to management regarding labour law requirements for permanent, short term and contract staff in close alignment with commercial & business manager
- Coordinate together with expatriate services in vie the incoming and outgoing expatriates and provide support for expiration and repatriation process (time sheets, coordinate transportation, accommodation together with administration department)
- Support by ensuring the development of leadership and behavioural competences and develop plans for the identification and development of key potentials together with hr manager
- Maintain the review, revision and implementation of compensation and benefit plans in accordance with OMV guidelines and local market practice
- Advise all colleagues on all business change initiatives as they impact on people behaviour (professionals, partners, pioneers) and competences
- Proactively identify employee issues including staff grievances, performance issue etc. Under the framework of labour laws and company polices in order to minimise loss of time
- Participate in or manage special hr projects like due diligence etc.
