Management of strategic alliance funds i.e. Microsoft (under EMRP) that entail working closely with alliances in various co marketing / co branding activities, across different mediums
- End to end management of mall activation, from concept, implementation to budgeting
Rolling out retail umbrella promotions funded by alliances across stores
Organizing periodic trainings & road shows for the retail & extended sales force
