• Cleaning of the tumbler at the start of shift
• Ensuring that the work area is clean
• Loading of chicken breast into the tumbler
• Steaming and marination of chicken breast inside the tumbler
• Unloading of chicken breast after marination for further processing
• Giving report of the chicken breast received from the warehouse at the end of the shift
• Giving report of the total batches of chicken breast mixed at the end of shift
• Manage day to day running of operations on the site
• Ensure safe and efficient development of the mines
• Access the value and productivity of the site.
• Managing the daily and weekly evaluations on production and risk management
• Proper inspection & quality monitoring of products at the production floor at all time
• Ensuring that SOP are clearly followed in all production processes and promote quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring that correct raw materials are used for each of the right product on the production floor
• Follow up the start-up and line clearance procedure
• Hourly tour of factory and timeliness of inspection to ensure high quality delivery
• Follow NC/ON-HOLD system and proper disposition
• Enforcing standard stacking in implementation and ensure packing slips is on all products package for easy traceability
• Ensuring efficient record keeping and filling system and promote quality standards and customer agreed specification
• Ensuring proper accountability on rework, scrap, sorting, reject and all quarantine products
• Carrying out test/analysis as per SON standards/customer specifications
• Ensuring that FIFO/FEFO arrangement on the production floor
• Ensuring process control checklists are in use and inspection records are intact
• Carrying out other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Quality Assurance Manager
