Job Profile:
Directing the Financial Advisory Services Department portfolio. Entrusted with the task of leading a team for the successful execution of all engagements within the stipulated portfolio which include engagements related to Business Valuations, Feasibility Studies, Business Plans, Impairment Testing (IAS 36 and IFRS 9), Purchase Price Allocation (IFRS 3), Due Diligence (M&A), Private Placement Memorandums, etc. Clientele include prominent publicly listed and private companies in Kuwait.
Functions
* Ensuring the conversion of new business opportunities into successful engagements by showcasing the strengths of the firm and the team through the development of comprehensive proposals.
* Reviewing Project Plans to ensure the appropriate allocation of time and resources for the prompt completion of projects.
* Providing direction to the Investment Advisory team with focus on timely delivery of services and successfully managing client expectations.
* Monitoring for deviations in the quality of deliverables and timelines during project execution and ensuring corrective actions.
* Handling client grievances by ensuring swift action and troubleshooting issues.
* Training and mentoring team members by effectively communicating expectations and goals and ensuring their personal success and growth.
