 Piling, pile cap construction, pile head treatment, water proofing for pile transitions, bi-directional static load tests and grouting of pile sonic tube.
 Preparation, assembly, and installation of precast yard mould for casting of segments such as long line, short line, balance cantilever and pier caps.
 Production and fabrication of precast concrete segments of ISO DT (Double Track), Twin Span, Three Span, Station Span and Balance Cantilever Span at precast yard.
 Reinforcement, formwork, mould assembly, PT duct profiling, pre-pour and final inspection of segments at precast yard before dispatch to erection site.

 Mixing and application of epoxy i.e. segmental bridge adhesive on segment face and carrying out stressing of temporary PT bars to hold the erecting segment at the adjoining match cast segment followed by continuous survey check.
 Checking of Post-tensioning (pre-stressing) record sheet - Jacking force, design elongation, modified elongation, no of strands, stressing sequence, coil id and calibration of jack and gauge. Physical Checking of proper placement of wedges, anchor head and jack before start of actual stressing at site.
 Carrying out post tensioning of ISO span, twin span, three spans, I Girder, Cast in situ deck and pier cap. Recording of elongation step by step and calculation of final elongation’s co-ordination with designer in case over & under elongation. Checking slippage and cutting of strands tail followed by fixing of cap for grouting.
 Checking of temperature, fluidity and volume change test of grout during operation.
 Installation of Elastomeric and POT bearing devices that connects the superstructure to the substructure. Checking proper alignment-Y axis preset and grout thickness.
