Responsibilities: (Global Logistics & EXIM’s, SCM, Custom Duty & Import Supplier Remittance, Domestics Logistics)
 Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportationcompanies and customers.  Interpret trends and analyze and review data. Provide meaningful logistics data to others in the organization to aid customer service and cost improvements. Examining/amendment of invoice, packing list, MBL, HBL, draft BOE’s, GST%, shipping bills and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations. Ensure that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors. Resolve problems concerning customs, transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports issues. Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others. Assess and make recommendations for logistics processes in potential new facilities or plants and advise of cost implications and efficiency. Based on custom polices modify and create/implement best logistics practice, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance. Responsible for custom duty and import supplier remittance and keep tracking for financial transactions records.  Continuously search for better supply sources to enhance terms, price, credit, and delivery time, improving profitability. Apply for and maintain regulatory requirements for importing and exporting the Company’s products. Based on plant material requirement schedule wise align logistics activities (imports, exports, logistics systems, transportation).  Supervise returns, recalls, reverse logistics, and damaged goods handling in alignment with commercial and financial policies. Identifies operational inefficiencies and lead improvements initiatives to improve speed, accuracy and customer service. Monitor supply chain KPI’s including forecast accuracy, stock cover, landed cost, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities: (Global Logistics & EXIM’s, SCM, Packaging, Warehouse Management)

 Perform and implement all custom clearance activities such as following upcoming Shipment, documents needed from the supplier/client side for clearing the goods transactions and day-to-day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies, and procedures.
 Following up & negotiating with the freight forwarders, LSP’s, CHA, custom license authority, couriers, and shipping lines for freight quotations and price lists for international & domestics inbound/outbound shipments.
 Participating in the development of the customs clearance section's work plan and preparing work schedules and expediting workflow to improve the efficiency of the customs clearance section.
 Manages capital asset maintenance, controls and minimizes operating expenses, maintains existing facilities and equipment; replaces or makes adjustments to warehouse facilities and equipment when necessary.
 Motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the team as needed; provides mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.
 Ensures accuracy of all inventory transactions, both, physically and on the ERP system, enforces good documentation practices while recording inventory transactions.
 Participating in implementing the anticipated plans and programs as per the set goals to ensure internal work development and productivity increase.
 Develop a strong cross-functional relationship between global logistics and site supply chain teams to enhance logistics knowledge and improve efficiencies across the enterprise.
 Demonstrate an enterprise mindset approach, contributing effort and ideas for the global supply chain team and support the global supply chain maturity growth.
 Performance manage suppliers and drive compliance with SLA’s and other contractual commitments through structured processes via regular meetings
 Timely update and release daily, weekly and monthly metrics charts and focus on measures of performance to meet shipment delivery performance targets.
 Working with sales and design team on innovative, cost-effective packaging options to achieve business goals.
 Arranging training on weekly basis to all Team Supervisors, Warehouse Pickers, MHE Operators, Line Associates & SAP Operators regarding to any deviation in operation as well as new amendments in SOP, system & Warehousing strategy / planning.
 Identifying capable vendors who can supply consistent quality as per agreed specification and quality standard.
 Preparing monthly One Pager & presenting in departmental review meeting.

Responsibilities: (Global Logistics & EXIM’s, SCM, Packaging, Warehouse Management)

 Follow up & keep track with related documents to ensure that deliveries, shipping, clearance, custom duty payments, stock levels, freight cost and payments are done properly & on time.
 Examining invoice, packing list, MBL, HBL, draft BOE’s (bill of entry), shipping bills and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations.
 Oversees cycle counts process and makes sure the corresponding reconciliation activities to the ERP inventory system are perform immediately to maintain inventory accuracy up to date.
 Measure and report’s (RM, WIP, FG, Sales) the effectiveness of warehouse activities and employees KPI’s performance.
 Maintains a secure, organized, safe, and clean work environment that includes workstations, warehouse aisles, storage areas locations and warehouse equipment.
 Communicate to Purchasing area an immediate manager low inventory items as needed to maintain a constant inventory supply.
 Ensures that forklifts, trailers, trucks, stackers, ladders, pallets, shelves, and Warehouse machinery are in Safe operating condition.
 Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedules for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively.
 Provide direction to packaging suppliers and personnel in the efficient use of equipment and materials to produce quality products in accordance with the production plan.
 Leading packaging sustainability initiatives (e.g. making packs more recyclable, use of recycle content, reduction in packaging material weight), meeting functional and aesthetic requirements.
 Making prototype packs based on marketing brief, aligning stake holders and signing off.
 Reviewing with R&D team and approving artworks with respect to dimension, panel orientation, barcode number & its quality, plastic waste management declarations and process requirements of packaging line.
 Analyzing pack related issues / market complaints and taking quick actions supported by required qualification tests to ensure problem does not get repeated.
 Minimum utilization of space with maintain of 5’S and implemented cost saving projects - 3R.
 Achieving higher packaging quality standard and cost reduction using new technologies.

Responsibilities: (Global Logistics & EXIM’s, SCM, Packaging, Warehouse Management)

 Coordination with overseas counter partners and taking follow-up/tracking with CHA, custom consultant, freight forwarding & LSP’s agencies for EXIM’s (Exports/Imports) shipping operation activities & shipments status.
 Managing the day to day operations with customs brokerage team by ensuring that all the customs activities in terms of clearance procedure completed on time without anticipating any detention and demurrages.
 Identify critical path of the supply chain, identify actions to shorten delivery lead-time to win/support customer orders.
 Planning and monitor Logistics quality, service & delivery issues; expedite operations those delay internal & external customer dispatch schedule.
 Coordination & follow-up with Sales, Production, Design, Finance team for project schedule to meet customer demands, drive material requirements, custom duty budget & payments, Logistics & Packaging supplier’s payment, provisions, and communicate with customers on time sales dispatch/delivery schedules.
 Handling & managing safely ODC (Over Dimensional Consignment) shipment, developing cost saving packaging strategy & get more cost saving benefit in packaging, warehousing & transportation operation.
 As sales team request wise preparing bulk & ODC projects Packaging, Logistics & transportation budgetary cost & submits to sales team for new project bidding purpose.
 Maintain effective relationships with internal project teams, cross functional team, shippers, freight forwarders & LSP’s.
 Analyzes inventory reports for FG, dead and slow inventory reports and drive improvement in inventory turns, reduction of dead and slow moving inventory.
 According to MPS (Master Production Schedule) wise plan for inventory management and material planning, same coordinate with purchase team and sales team.
 Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional groups and across shifts to resolve bottlenecks, NCR’s, parts shortages, Logistics & SCM related information’s.
 Identify critical path of the supply chain, identify actions to shorten delivery lead-time to win/support customer orders.
 Maintaining of inventory levels to minimum required stock (JIT philosophy).
 Support the material management team defining critical parts in advance buy in order keep correct service level and to meet inventory targets.
 Maintain and ensure compliance to packaging schedule and assign specific tasks to all suppliers, employees and monitor all packing equipments and supplies.
 Pack development for New Products - from ideation to product launch. Working closely with Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Quality to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
 Closely working with packaging material suppliers, conducting trials to establish manufacturing feasibility and consistent quality.
 Identifying and leading implementation of packaging cost reduction projects to improve profitability.

Responsibilities: (Global Logistics & EXIM’s, Material Planning & Scheduling, Warehouse Operation & Packaging)

 Coordinate with overseas counter partners & LSP’s, CHA, freight forwarding companies for their smooth EXIM’s & domestics Logistics Operation as SLA’s.
 Accountable for supervision of work discipline within the shift & monitoring / administer everyone team members follows the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s) and Work Instruction (WI’s).
 Maintain of PFEP (Plan for Every Parts) file for material replenishment planning.
 Accountable for monitoring of SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete stocks) and escalating to the quality, PPC and marketing teams.
 As OTD plan wise releasing of sales dispatch schedule & same coordinate with customer and LSP’s agencies.
 Participate daily production meeting and support to production material supply in order to meet Production Line requirements.
 Accountable for coaching, motivating, discipline, detailed prioritization, scheduling and control of team members in all efforts.
 Accountable to report departmental MIS and KPI’s, any deviation, final status, reasons for gaps and countermeasures.
 Driving lean Initiatives like 5’S, KAIZEN initiatives to reduce operational cost, improvement in processes and work practices.
 Warehouse management of planning & execution, packaging strategy, material handling, space management and preparing warehousing strategy.
 Accountable for JIT system during material issue to assembly line against production order as per BOM.
 Analysis of Logistics, transportation and warehouse spends and maintaining dashboards for metric visibility.
 Managing complete procure to pay cycle, for various transportation services, ensuring minimal cycle time.

Responsibilities: (In plant - Warehouse Management, Packaging & TCF Assembly Line Feeding Operations)

 Responsible for the Manage inventory accuracy via planned cycle count, monthly Inventory Reconciliation, Inventory Analysis and related reports.
 Accountable for Warehouse Utilization, Warehouse put away accuracy, Downtime Report, CAPA Report, Timely Delivery of Material, JIT Call Performance, Line Feed Accuracy target, MHE Utilization target, Departmental Productivity target and same reporting MIS & KPI’s to top management.
 Arranging and managing on time all daily packing activities, packaging documents - specifications, drawings, SKU’s, packaging standards, test standards, pack qualification report etc.
 Ensure on-time delivery (100 %) for E-KANBAN and JIT Call system during material issue to Production.
 Accountable for material flow and line balancing to the final production assembly lines to specific material delivery lead time with ZERO Downtime.
 Declaration of In-plant warehouse hazardous / high flammable materials stock details on weekly basis to respective VWIPL department for further supportive action plan. E.g. sealant, oil, greases etc material.
 Timely operation In-plant Container Management for CKD Container unloading and partial picking activity as per PPC unloading schedule wise.
 Responsible for implementation of MYC and ECN process, space maker system visual and implementations FIFO, LIFO.
 Accountable for the NIL and line stoppage parts through daily reviews and issue analysis.
 Responsible to manage and coordinate with Internal and external (VWIPL) departments for resolving operational issues while working in Shift.
 Implementing 5’S initiative & achieve safety standards / norms according to the all over of respective warehouse locations.
 Interact with customer to resolve all requests, complaints, incidents/accidents to their satisfaction.
