Responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage, meeting and greeting guests upon arrival and departure, provide assistance to front desk staff and to concierge, as well as providing lobby doors coverage.
•Greet guests in a friendly manner and offer assistance with luggage
•Assists guests with luggage to the front desk, as well as to the room and from the room.
•Be aware of local attractions and restaurants and make recommendations to guests
•Accurately communicate with other shifts regarding issues arising from day to day operations
Basic responsible for the preparation of the work place such as check & place condiments, cutlery, linen, china & glassware prior to the service operation. Day to day menu updates.
•Follows policies and procedures as per the F&B Department and hotel SOP (IHG) .
•Ensures a high quality level of service standards, customer relations and public relations at all times.
•Follows hygiene standards at all times as set by EFST.
•Follow the grooming and hygiene standards at all times.
•Ensures participation in Lobster Ink/E-learning.
•To operate accurately to all accountancy procedures.
•Ensures financial performance of operation by using up-selling techniques.
