I am employee at J.T.C from OCT, 10, 2011 till now as HR COORDINATOR. My work considers the following point:
All the works of the human resources department: hiring, evaluating the performance of employees, annual leave plan, employee satisfaction, training new staff, JOB DIESCRIPTION, JOB OFFER ....Etc. from all acts of respect to the human resources department.
• Handles all filing procedures.
• Interviewing and hiring
• Cooperate between different departments.
• Responsible for vacations.
• Handling the expenses, nationality & insurance reports.
• Handling the bank operations for all the staff.
• Responsible for any correspondence related to the staff (official letters -certificates).
• Arranging different kinds of contracts and memos.
• Entering the new data of the employees.
• Doing attendance.
• Preparing visa & residence forms.
• Dealing with agencies out said the country and follows them with the last update for any project we dealing with them.
• MANAGE and issue HR documents.
Work in tenders, to recruit employee from India for health ministry then for ministry of education and finally for Ministry of Defense.
Note: I work in this entire project alone from A TO Z. Contacted with the Indian agency office then make the contract, demand letter, then the attorney for our agency office .after that I start to issuing the visa and send it by DHL for the agency office to start there procedures with the employee.
