Preparing for external audits readiness, which resulted in minor findings.

Coordinate with departments to maintain and update documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, and work instructions.

Creating franchise kits, operation manuals, quality manuals, and policies.

In my previous capacity as Senior MRI Radiographer, I was in charge of supervising all junior radiographers to make sure that they are providing quality healthcare to patients. I also trained and coached new staff and interns, as well as other HCPs on patient safety procedures and quality assurance protocols.

I also organized periodic staff meetings and briefing sessions, provided guidance and capacity building support through online and in-person trainings as well as Q&A sessions. I coordinated with other departments within the hospital regarding daily monitoring and quality control and reported to higher management.

In my previous position as Junior Radiographer (CT Scan & MRI), I performed medical imaging exams for out-patients using Philips Ingenia 1.5T (CT Scan, Mammography, Osteodensitometry, CBCT). I handled a diversity of patients from children to elderly, physically challenged to claustrophobic individuals. I provided general support to the radiology department, served as a liaison between the administration and the doctors, responded to complex information requests and inquiries, set up and maintained files and medical records.

Other tasks:

- Prepare examination room, equipment, and instruments per patient needs.
- Escort patients to dressing and examination rooms.
- Provide verbal and/or written instructions: Obtains informed consent when required.
- Assist patients in positioning body parts to be radiographed.
- Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure patient care, safety and comfort during scan.
- Position patient correctly for radiological procedures.
- Maintains adequate records and documentation according to departmental policy and procedures.
- Deliver quality patient care, including as required IV insertion with administration of contrast medium.
- Perform a variety of examinations in accordance with applicable legislation, clinical standards and departmental procedures.
- Collect records and verifies patient clinical records as well as MRI safety screening information.
- Operate x-ray machine according to established procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Review and evaluate images to determine quality and if they need to be redone.
- Answer patient questions as they relate to the procedure.
