inventory systems

Checking CBM and sizes of the cartons in the shipment to ensure
accordance with their weight
Prepare the rates for each customer having goods in the
container based on their goods
Keeping a regularly updated cargo status report in Logistics
software for all shipments and their activities (Loading/ Dispatch
and Arrival dates and activities) in addition to their accurate
Information (Customer names, CBM, Weights, and rates)

Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and
sorting information; establishing entry priorities
Processes customer and account source documents by
reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using
standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the
team leader for resolution
Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and
numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to
screen format
