- Create and update Material Catalogues for PR Items (Purchase Requisition)
- Communicate with End-user to complete the required information for Material Cataloguing
- Prepare “Request of Budgetary Quotation” for MMDC stock items
- Communicate with Suppliers to obtain “Budgetary Quotations” and clarify Items’ details if needed
- Code and Catalogue MMDC Items to port into Maximo system
- Support SPIR (Spare Parts Interchangeability Record) review, cataloguing and follow up activities
- Support Material Engineers with other activities/ tasks
− Preparing the weekly & monthly project progress SPIR (Spare Parts Interchangeability Records) status report
− Coordinating with EPC Contractor & Vendor to get the complete data for the SPIR Submission
− Verifying of Asset & Location table for loading the data into Maximo
− Verifying and updating the Materials Requisition list with Vendor code
− Verifying the SPIR data submitted in Excel sheet for prior loading into TAK-SPIR database
− Drafting & Finalizing the Query, Recommendation & Commitment memos for the Projects / Contractors
Developing appropriate method and sequence of construction operations for particular projects using Primavera Project Management software (P6),
Monitoring progress throughout construction process and comparing it with the planned schedule of work
