Responsibilities and accomplishments:
* Book all aspects of business travel including air, hotels, rail, car hire, visas, travel insurance
and Meet & greet service.
* Give advices to executive staff and assist them to make the most budget effective plans within
the agreed timescale
* Request Ad hoc and deals from airline to get more retention
* Provide special IT fare for group passengers
* Secure new client file and retention through customer service provided
* Maintain strong relationship with clients to reach the revenue and profit targets
* Monitor and sort GDS queues to maintain quality control
* Timely checks on refunds tracker and submission for credit notes
* Prepare the daily sales report and submit it to finance with collected LPOs
* Stay educated on airlines circular, rules and current affairs and distribute to colleagues
* Arrange staff duty roster during weekend and assign task to co-staff during holidays

* Attend Air miles customer calls in call center
* Verify the customer’s account and giving them best possible itinerary as per their request
* Book flight reservations for guest in their desired location
* Calculate the miles as per the fare and redeemed the ticket
* Maintain statistical and financial records
* Collect difference in fare (Soft Pay) through the credit card
* Provide information by phone, email or in person regarding Air Miles
* Keep accurate and up to date customer records
