• Developing training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements.
• Implementing and administering employee policies in line with Executive Director of the company and have to be matched with company objectives.
• Identifing ways to improve policies and procedures.
• Preparing termination, recommendation, appreciation and severance letters.
• Managing the recruitment and candidate selection process.
• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash.
• Maintaining hardware and software.
• Handling security updates.
• Testing and debugging programs.

• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Making sure all work done in the kitchen in full Hygienic and HSE manner.
• Receiving complaints and resolving problems.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Organizing and maintain inventory and storage area.
• Ensuring shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.
• Ensuring that all materials purchased are of appropriate quality, price and are timely delivered.

• Providing counseling and support on policies and procedures.
• Planing and implement training programs.
• Adhere to laws and regulations.
• Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals.
• Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.
• Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment.
• Supporting all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
• Devising a list of procedures and practices for hiring new employees and managing staff.
