V-KOOL, a brand of Eastman Chemical Company, is recognized globally as an industry leader in advanced window films for automotive and architectural glass. V-KOOL Solitaire Series films have spectrally-selective properties that allow visible light in, but reject selected infra-red wavelengths and 99% of UV.
The core of V-KOOL’s spectrally-selective infra-red heat rejection superior performance is its XIR Technology, a proprietary sputtering process developed in Silicon Valley, USA and implemented in Dresden, Germany.
Duties and responsibilities:
Handled almost 40 car dealerships around the Philippines
Conducts product trainings on a quarterly basis per car dealer with their respective managers and sales agents and/or as requested by the management or the dealer representatives.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Able to work effectively and independently and as part of a team
Regularly visiting all the car dealers to build and maintain a good relationship
Keeps track on our monthly and yearly sales quota.
Responsible for creating programs for our dealers that would help boost sales.
Toyota Makati Inc. (TMI) was formerly Toyota Bel-Air Inc. (TBA) acquired by Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation (TMP) from the Yupangco family in 2003. It was incorporated in August 11, 2003 and the new Management took over in October 1, 2003.
TMI is located at Ayala Avenue corner Metropolitan Avenue Makati City. It is engaged in the sales of new vehicles, parts and accessories, preventive maintenance service, body and paint. TMI is the first TMP owned dealership.
With the positive outcome of its two years of operation, TMI opened its first outlet in Parañaque, thus expanding its operation to accommodate its increasing customers and clients. Toyota Bicutan Parañaque (TBP) is the first TMI Outlet. Soft opening was held on July 11, 2005 and was officially inaugurated in August 3, 2005.
Duties and responsibilities:
Collaborate with the entire team in creating and improving marketing activities
Able to work effectively and independently and as part of a team
Regular fieldwork to look for potential clients to increase sales
Excellent oral and written communication skills including telephone etiquette
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements
Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
Keeps track on our weekly and monthly sales performance per member and as team.
