• Handling all phone calls and the 24/24 hotline

• Matching the reservations of the four branches and check availability
• Preparing all payments
• Managing with companies and give them quotations responding to their needs
• Providing all information and after-sales information to customers while explaining renting, payment and accidents procedures
• Assessment of cars that should be sold and those that should be purchased
• Follow up cars’ insurance, mechanic and all legal documents needed
• Managing customers’ complaints to find solutions and customers’ accidents by cooperating with the insurance and garages
• Preparing a daily cash report and feedback
• Handling all cars and clients files
• Handling all administrative duties
• Providing training to all new employees

- Selling delegate passes to the GCC area
- Data personal collection (research via phone, internet or via correspondence)
- Search for the targeted sales leads for each conference
- Pitch the targeted leads and assist them with the registration procedure
- Register all leads found on the CRM system

Responsible for supervising the day to day running and operations of the service department staff, while at the same time, creating a customer friendly environment.

Duties:

• Ensuring the smooth running of those who work in the garage
• Looking after a short term and long term funding requirements of business clients
• After-sales customers follow up
• Contributing toward policy making
• Managing and monitoring the performance of employees as well as controlling over quality of cars repaired in order to prepare employees’ bonuses every month
• Handling customers queries face to face, over the phone or via correspondence
• Presenting information clearly to customers
