Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Duties included but not limited to the following:
- assign and monitor clerical, administrative and
secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office
staff
- allocate available resources to enable successful
task performance
- co-ordinate office staff activities to ensure
maximum efficiency
- evaluate and manage staff performance
recruit and select office staff
- organize orientation and training of new staff
members
- coach, mentor and discipline office staff
design and implement filing systems
- ensure filing systems are maintained and current

- ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data

planning and scheduling meetings conferences
teleconferences and travel
- Conserve executive time by reading researching
and routing correspondence and email drafting
letters and documents collecting and analyzing
information
- Provide historical reference by developing and
retrieval systems and recording meeting
discussions
- Managed day-to-day operations for all construction
sites
- Scheduled and managed job site safety meetings,
management and organization of construction
office
- Ordered and coordinated delivery of material and
equipment
- Responsible for quality control by tracking status of
orders and scheduling equipment installs
