* Handle and resolve customer complaints to reach and maintain agreed service level.

* Review all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
* Enhance the image of the company towards the claimants and customers in order to optimize the sales.
* Ensure that client issues are dealt within an efficient manner.
