Recruitment of all professionals’ right from sourcing to negotiation and candidates’ acceptance of the terms & conditions.
Short listing candidate CV's against job descriptions, updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure, organizing interviews, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress.
Utilize & manage maximum resources like job portals, employee referrals, networking sites, internal database along with an online system end-to-end recruiting & build a strong pipeline for the current & future openings after analyzing & prioritizing them.
Responsible in identifying suitable candidates in all levels
Responsible for uploading shortlisted CVs in Bullhorn which serves as an internal monitoring activity.
Effectively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, Monstergulf and Reach job portal site.
Screening, interviewing and qualifying potential candidates; ensure that recruitment requirement needs are met.
Maintaining a strong CV database for effective recruitment process.
Arranging and coordinating interviews to be conducted.
End to end recruitment. Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
Attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.

Prepare offer/appointment letters and conduct reference checks for new hire and temp/contract staff.
