Communicate with the embassies, local & foreign companies, local & foreign banks and local & foreign government gencies & authorities for a new business to our products
•Communicate with IT companies when needed to ensure specification and to develop domains
•Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to promote & sell the company products & services.
•Must contribute in the sales profit of the Division by effectively marketing the assigned products.
•Responsible for answering all queries related to work and demonstrating/presenting products
•Assist the group of companies with other affairs/jobs such as market research & to establish contacts & appointments for fellow colleagues.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Will be required to travel time to time to various countries or exhibitions for promotion of our company
domain.
•Report directly to the Division Head for the business plan and report and updates.
Team Leader / Supervisor:
Meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction goals to ensure customer retention and uphold the company brand
Minimize call escalations through effective coaching and support
Ensure that team members obtain the appropriate training and support to best apply their knowledge and skills on the job
Communicate business strategies and results to CSRs

Quality Assurance:
Participates in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
Performs call monitoring and provides trend data to site management team
Uses quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level
Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations
Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed
Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for call center staff
Provides feedback to call center team leaders and managers
Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review
Call Center Agent / Appointment Setter for Canadian and Australian Accounts(Inbound and Outbound)
Answer phones professionally
Respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints

Office Receptionist and Administrative Assistant:
Schedules appointments for office staff
Sets up client files, prepares and copies documents as requested
Reception:
Answers incoming calls and directs to correct staff and takes full and accurate messages for unavailable staff
Greets visitors in a friendly businesslike manner
Maintains neatness and organization of front desk and lobby along with other office areas as instructed
Administrative:
Prepares client files, organizes and copies appropriate documents
Prepares letters and documents for clients
Receives, prepares, and transmits communications by preparing and organizing documents for mailing; collecting and mailing correspondence; receiving and distributing communications; copying settlement brochures and other case documentation; forwarding information
