To ensure that
the parent material in vessels and pipe spools is composed of the correct composition (i.e., 304 or 316L)
and once the component is welded that the correct filler material was used.
Conducted inspection and witness hydro static testing of spools.
Conducted the inspection of the pipe spool sandblasted, supervised the coating of spool
sandblasted and checked the thickness of the paint on the painted materials on the given
specification.
Ensures that the base material of piping and vessels meets the design specification and/or

Prepare DWR (Daily Welding Report) for Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Super Duplex & Alloy
