• Carries out inspection according to approved ITP for construction of
Gas Insulated Switchgear Building, Central Control Building, Central
Maintenance Building, Main Substation, Process Interface Building
and Operation Maintenance Engineering Building.
• Carries out inspection according to approved ITP for construction of
Transformer foundation, Emergency Diesel Generator Foundation,
Equipment Foundation, Gas Insulated Bus foundation, Manholes,
Trench and Duct Bank.

 Carries out civil related inspection such as inspection of formwork, rebar, embedded items and concrete placement.
 Carries out ground improvement inspection such as stone column.
 Carries out building inspection such as installation of tile, masonry block, wall cladding, doors, windows, acoustic ceilings, waterproofing system, fire proofing system, etc.
 Witness all required civil laboratory and field test such as aggregate gradation test, aggregate density and absorption test, aggregate soundness test, aggregate abrasion test, concrete and grout compressive strength test, soil compaction test, etc.
 Authorized to issue proactive notification to construction if the activity is found to cause potential violation or non-conformance.
 Authorized to issue non-conformance report (NCR) to construction if any deviation occurred contrary to project specification and standard procedure.
 Prepares daily surveillance and inspection report.
 Responsible for giving instructions and providing technical advice to construction team regarding the project specification and standards.
 Conduct quality toolbox talk prior to any new activity at the site.
 Carries out inspection related to steel pole installation, alignment, verticality and bolt tightening.
 Witness all required civil laboratory and field test such as concrete and grout compressive strength test, soil compaction test, etc.
 Responsible for reviewing and carrying out all civil material inspection.
 Responsible for giving instructions and providing technical advice to construction team regarding the project specification and standards.
