Full pre and post contract services for HM Prison Service for various prison establishments throughout the UK, project values ranging from £130, 000 to £15m.
Pre and post contract work for Zeneca Agrochemicals. Projects worked on included refurbishment of existing buildings for laboratories, refrigeration units and offices. Project values ranged from £50, 000 to £1, 000, 000.
Pre and post contract works for major refurbishment works at three Northern Line Stations and minor refurbishment works at six Northern Line Stations.
Pre contract work for Wiggins Gee Construction on a term maintenance contract for all premises and structures on the District Line.
