• Serving as the only cross-functional expert on an effort to streamline health insurance coverage transitions.
• Serving as the solutions architect for a human resources project at the National Institutes of Health.
• Leading the team that developed a program launched in 36 states that expanded patient emergency care options (ET3).
• Overhauling policies and procedures for federal review and approval of multi-million-dollar state IT systems.
• Developing a software tool to simplify the federal regulation writing process, saving thousands of staff hours.
• Drafted responses to congressional inquiries, briefed cross-agency work groups, and analyzed regulatory comments.
• Supported the launch of a registry to track outcomes among veterans exposed to environmental hazards.
• Interviewed individuals seeking legal assistance, composed corresponding narratives for review, and referred those whom the agency could not serve (intake and referral).
