Reporting to the Vice President, I lead a senior team based in CIS Tbilisi (Georgia)
MENA, that manage all aspects of the brand, including; product procurement, store operations, visual merchandising and, marketing. Key focus for the team has been to turn around existing business performance, as well as, deliver upon an aggressive store/country rollout plan.
Strategically, I closely interact with a number of senior executives at GAP Strategic Alliances (Franchise), including; Senior Business Development, Merchandising, Logistics, Marketing and, GAP Legal Department.
The breadth of the portfolio (operating across multiple territories), requires me to not only have close internal relationships with the Al Hokair executive team based in Riyadh but, also with each Country Director and, their respective function heads.
