The role is centrally based with a global remit, working across all countries within the Company. Responsibilities include;
• Ensuring the organization meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of all support services through improvements as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Collaboration across the company with counterparts in the same role based elsewhere globally, sharing best practice.
• Directly responsible for ensuring all processes across all functions are followed as well as ensuring that in country employment regulations are adhered to.
• Work closely across departments (HR, legal, insurance, finance, and safety functions) to document areas of compliance for each country.
• Responsible for local document management and change control, coordinating local audits and external audits, evaluating audit findings and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
• Eloquently will report and communicate with clarity with senior members within the company with a direct Reporting line to Global and Regional Country leaders.
My key role is to support the Quality & Compliance Manager (Global) in the effective management of the quality function on a global scale.
Some of my key requirements and a Quality Coordinator include:
• Conducting internal audits,
• Coordinating monthly review of internal audit
• Coordinating monthly client surveys and produce KPI data
• Work with global process owners and local personnel, to co-ordinate and/or provide support on preventive action and improvement activities
• Assist with reviewing and updating standard operating procedures, management systems and policies
• Participate in local and central Quality Review Meetings
• Working across several departments to achieve global goals.

Bartender: I was responsible for producing high range, quality cocktails that we provide. My role also included serving food and other beverages.
I was required to work well within a network of others to ensure a smooth quality service, with that being preparation before shift, of all drinks and equipment. Ending each shift ordering necessary stock required for the following day.
Part of the Award Winning team, achieving the highest results out of the companies eleven sites. With emphasis on teamwork and collaboration with my colleagues we surpassed sales targets by a high margin, achieving success with the incentive.

Updating Bullhorn information as and when required, which included uploading documents onto Bullhorn for the Operations Team

I worked within the produce department initially, which was a light role to introduce me to working within grocery retail. However due to my performance this grew to become much more of profound role within the store resulting in more personal accountability. My key responsibilities included:-

The variety of clientele, taught me to adapt and suit my personal skills vastly improving my standard of customer service.
In times of excess demand, working the jubilee weekend for example, I was able to cope and maintain the level of service required. This increased my skills working under pressure and reiterated the importance of working within a team.
