 Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of the 34.5kv / 13.8kv / 440v / 230v power network including low voltage equipment, backup power systems, substation equipment, capacitor bank and associated systems to provide reliable and continuous power supply to the plant facilities.
 Planning, organizing and providing system engineering support and supervision for the operation, maintenance, modification, troubleshooting and repair of the 34.5kv/13.8kv/440v/230v power network, low voltage equipment, backup power systems, sub-station equipment and associated systems.
 Fault finding /diagnosis of critical and complex electrical equipment in a timely manner, rectifying with optimal solution.
 Testing and commissioning of MV/LV switchgear including analog/digital protection relays.
 Erection and Installation of new transformer, lighting panel, VFD’s, MCC & PCC and several HT and LT panels.
 PLC (Siemens) Programming and troubleshooting
 Installation of programmable logic controls (PLC) its hardware configuration and simulation.
 Program monitoring and modification in PLC (Siemens).
 Installation and commissioning of motor drives (AC & DC), encoders and field devices such as sensors, valves etc.
 Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedule, keep record of Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance, Operation Log-Sheets, Equipment history card and other required documents related to engineering department to comply with current regulatory norms.
 Conduct electrical engineering studies on aging equipment and recommend replacement as maybe required.
 Prepare critical spare parts list and follow up with purchase department for availability.
 Prepare the list of spare parts needed & ensure parts availability before maintenance activities.
 Ensure min/max stock of spare parts in plant warehouse.
 Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
 Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.
 Working in collaboration with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process.
 Ensure production lines meet targets net efficiency & line readiness for production.
 Improve machines utilization as per machines KPIs.

 Erection and Installation of new transformer, lighting panel, VFD’s, MCC & PCC and several HT and LT panels.
 Routine inspection of panel condition. (Breaker ON/OFF, Faulty condition).
 Routine inspection of transformer condition. (Oil level, load, OTI and WTI).
 Supervision for plant reliable operation, Electrical HT& LT equipment preventive and Breakdown maintenance.
 Awareness on Hazardous area for classifications and selection of electrical equipments.
 Preparation and implementation of preventive maintenance schedule and keep record of Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Operation Log-Sheets, Equipment History Card and other required documents related to engineering department to comply with current regulatory norms.
 Maintained and modified existing electrical systems development of single line diagrams (SLD), MCC & PCC Panel Board Design.
 Erection of cable tray, lighting fixture and several control gear switches (FLP/weather proof). Laying, Glanding and termination of MV/LV cable according to actual length and FA cable.
 Construction and maintenance of earth pits, lightning arrestors etc.
 Keep record of all stock and supplies, including company’s electrical equipments.
 Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.
 Witness and verify continuity, megger testing for medium voltage & low voltage equipment, Hi-pot Testing Etc.
 Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.

 Erection of cable tray, lighting fixture and several control gear switches (FLP/weather proof). Lying of MV/LV cable according to actual length and its termination.
 Routine Electrical maintenance activity, supervision for plant reliable operation, Electrical HT& LT equipment preventive and Breakdown maintenance.
 Condition Monitoring and Predictive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.
 Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented.
 Awareness on Hazardous area classifications and selection of electrical equipment
 Installation and maintenance of earth pits, LDB’s, battery banks, ELCB’S, lightning arrestors etc.
 Maintain and modify existing electrical systems development of single line diagrams (SLD), MCC & PCC panel board design. Erection, testing and commissioning of transformers and several HT and LT panels.
 Prepare and review Inspection and Testing Procedures (ITP) for all electrical systems and equipments.
