Supervising the MENAITECH system.
- Responsible for updating the organization structure weekly.
- Compute salaries, bonuses, benefits and deductions, and enter data into computers.
- Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
- Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases
- Be responsible for timely incentive payments.
- Ensure that sound procedures exist for the new starters and leavers minimizing over/under payments
- Ensure all information registered into the system is accurate and updated (new joiners/department/designation/grade/leave management/ticket entitlement)
- Ensure that all deductions and additional payments (including increments, commissions. bonuses) transactions are accurately applied to the salaries in a timely manner
- Develop techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data on HR systems
- Work on day to day on compensation queries from the staff
- Identify and determine the causes of compensation related problems and develop recommendations
- Support the culture of UMA in order to meet the organization’s mission and goals.
