Currently handling a project for Meroe "The Bed Boutique" that includes launching a new website, enhancing and updating their social media and any MarCom related consultancy.
Been part of the pre-opening team and worked on the opening of the hotel.
Established a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team to the sales team.
Initiated the planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the Marketing plan.
Selected creative agency, website host, photographer, media, and giveaways and took charge of other marketing & communications related contracts.
Created hotel’s brief, key message, bios, etc.
Established media list and contacts for the region.
Produced all collaterals of the hotel, internally and promotionally.
Worked on the outlets concepts and mood boards along with the creative agency.
Loaded and updated hotel’s information on third party websites.
Writing and appropriate dissemination of “soon to open” news release along with biographies for GM, DOSM, etc.

* Follow up on matters like marketing campaigns, take part in preparing a yearly Marketing plan and budget, developing the Marketing strategy of the hotel.
