1. Organization Development
Analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, team work, operating procedures, reporting relationships and work
processes to design efficient methods of accomplishing work.
Assist in developing & implementing HR Policies & Procedures
Train the employees on the importance of understanding & applying the HR policies & procedures.
Assist in developing Employee handbook for the new hires
2. Performance Management System
Develops and delivers training to managers, supervisors, and employees, on performance management program, and how to conduct Performance Management phases. Analyzes significant performance management and appraisal program management issues/problems and develops expert-level recommendations and alternatives solutions. Constant follow up on the annual performance appraisal and probationary period assessment being conducted. Annually assesses the performance management program and provides analyses and recommended changes for senior management approval. Serves as a seasoned practitioner in terms of advising and helping managers understand, and more effectively carry out, their responsibilities for evaluating, rewarding, or taking necessary steps to improve employee work performance.
Collect, & analyze the performance management results within the Group.
3. SAP Implementation
Organization Management Creating and maintaining of objects : organization units, jobs, positions, using PPOME and Expert Mode Creating and maintaining relationships between objects Displaying maintain Org. Charts and Staffing. Validating vacant and delimited positions. Relating Positions with Jobs.

Liase with the head of departments to create organization structure for two newly established plants.(Benisweif & Ain El
Sokhna Plants )
Liaises with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences to develop the Man Power Plan
