Coordinate with concerned departments for all staffing needs and assist in the preparation of the manpower plan while ensuring that the recruitment process follows the proper channels.
Coordinate with the Performance Measurement Supervisor to ensure updated and effective Job Descriptions are available for all positions in coordination with the related units.
Conduct initial screening of candidates (CVs) and routine assessment methods (for example, tests or interviews)
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and prepare reports for sharing with management / concerned department on the outcome of the initial contact.
Arrange for second interview (as required) with unit / department managers and other management personnel.
Maintain records of activities of accepted and rejected offers and forward the same to the Manager.
Negotiate offers to ensure internal parity and peer to peer fairness is preserved.
Issue official offer letters, maintain file until employees have joined, prepare joining report and coordinate with Sr. HR Manager in order to ensure that the latter has enough time to plan the induction process.
Review periodically Recruitment policies & procedures, identify gaps and propose recommendations and solutions to address these gaps in order to keep pace with the growth of the organization.
Assist the Manager in the development and implementation of Training & Development section’s policies, processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled delivering a quality, cost-effective service to ADNIC.
Under the guidance of the CHRO, develop and seek approval for the Annual Training plan for the company, ensuring alignment to divisional requirements and ADNIC’s training & development strategy.
Liaise with line managers, coordinate the preparation of training needs analysis, design and development of internal courses, selection of appropriate external courses based on job requirements, performance reviews and development plans in accordance with ADNIC’s overall policies and objectives.
Initiate the training needs identification annual exercise, provide Division / Department Managers with professional assistance and advise to define the training needs of their employees to facilitate accurate training need analysis.
Coordinate with the Performance Measurement Supervisor in preparing succession plans for key positions and training plans for all staff
Assist Departments' Heads at all levels with preparing and updating individual Staff Development Plans while coordinating the development program for UAE Nationals, including preparation and review of Personal Development Framework and Personal Development Programs with all concerned in order to manage the development of UAE Nationals within the company.
Coordinate with the Performance Measurement Supervisor in Measuring staff performance and Training Need by conducting the Appraisal System.
Ensure detailed information regarding short listed courses, training providers, consultants, specialists, etc. is maintained and updated regularly.
