Technical Roles:
Core Level:
- DID routing on DTM (ERICSSON)
- Configure / Provide SIP Trunks on backbone (OpenSip Server/ Core Voice Gateways/ TELES)
- Centrex Service (TELES / Cisco Call Managers)
- Configure / Maintain FT Core Voice Gateways / ISR
- Test new feature / Setups on different Vendor Products
- Troubleshoot Major issue on Ft Voice infrastructure

Customer Level:
- Configure/ Troubleshoot customer Voice Gateways (over different connection: H.323 - SIP Trunk - E1 - Analog lines)
- Build /Troubleshoot enterprise Voice Systems:
o Cisco Call Manager
o Cisco Call Centers (Complicated Scripts / Call Center Queues / Finesse/ Reporting / Design and configure Live Data Dashboard)
o Cisco Unity
o Cisco Jabber
o Call Recording Server (Media Sense / Zoom/ Imagical)
o Third party Servers integration
o Clustering
o integrate Cisco System with other Voice System over Trunks.
o Configure complicated customer requested (such: Failover with different media and service (SIP / E1), complicated Custom Call Center reporting, build Call Center agent special Application)
o Provide Voice Service over Special Setup (Analog over SIP, E1 over SIP, integrate with existing services with other Carriers)

- Configure / Troubleshoot Small/medium Business Voice Services:
o Asterisks PBX (Xontel / Free PBX/ Yealink)
o Configure Call Recording
o Configure Call Center.
- Coordinate with customers / Vendors and supplier for Vendor support / Third Party system installations
- Working on raised Tickets (Customer complains / requests / inquiries)
- Support Deployment engineers / NOC and customers
- Contact / coordinate with other department for installations / Migration/ Ticket resolving

Management Roles:
- DID management / Assignment
- Following up Support contract
- Communication with Vendor for Support / Modification requests and raise TTs.
- Following up RAS Orders and Validate Orders
- Generate reports as requested
- Documentation
- Trainings
