Highlights of Duties:
* Interface with customers via inbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with
products or services. This position is responsible for processing customer orders and sales,
providing/receiving information, selling client products/service, as well as providing basic customer service
support and retention.
* Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
* Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
* Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem
* Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
* Upsell and cross sell on every call
* Meet and exceeds monthly sales goals
* Motivated to Upsell, cross sell and suggestive sell on every call.
* Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of
customer requests
* Effectively transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party
* Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity
* Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction, sales and business performance
* Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification
* Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
Highlights of Duties:
* Assist senior clerks and superiors in all administrative tasks
* Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
* Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer
* Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
* Answering visitors' inquiries about the company and its products or services.
* Answer phone calls, and pass on message to the respective personnel.
