Procurement & Inventory Manager: collect requested materials and records to draw up purchase orders for
the procurement of materials, deal with anything relating to the ordering of goods and supplies for a society, and
determine if inventory quantities are enough for the needs of the Point of sales and orders more supplies as
needed, preparing purchase orders, responding to customer and supplier inquiries, reviewing requisition orders
to verify accuracy, specifications and terminology, and comparing prices, specifications and delivery dates to
determine the best bid among potential suppliers. I prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, report price
lists, track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, locate suppliers, approve bills for payment, monitor
contractor performance, calculate the cost of orders, charge or forward invoices to the appropriate accounts, and
monitor in-house inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping records.
Cost Controller: use financial, budget and accounting expertise to estimate purchases costs and ensures that
they stay within budgetary limits. Events Coordinator with Customer and Suppliers.
