• Procurement and sourcing of high quality beauty, henna and hair care products for salon.
• To Recruit exceptional professionals as per salon standards.
• Training and motivating employees to get accustomed to the health and beauty standard of the country and to improve their performance.
• Organizing training, camps and seminars for employees to improve their skills.
• Responsible for overall Profit and Loss and strive to keep salon operating profitably as per the budgetary guidelines.
• Increase the business by developing various innovative POS marketing programs.
• Creative designing of all the company POS collaterals, logo etc.
• Vendor management for all marketing and printing related works.
• Network at industry events such as bridal shows and seminars to promote business.
• Ensure facility operates according to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Creatively advertise company with business for cross promotion.
• Head of Customer Service Desk, Ensuring client satisfied and solving queries/escalation as and when required.
