• Responsible for overall Profit and Loss and strive to keep salon operating profitably as per the budgetary guidelines.
• Increase the business by developing various innovative POS marketing programs.
• Creative designing of all the company POS collaterals, logo etc.
• Vendor management for all marketing and printing related works.
• Network at industry events such as bridal shows and seminars to promote business.
• Ensure facility operates according to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Creatively advertise company with business for cross promotion.
• Head of Customer Service Desk, Ensuring client satisfied and solving queries/escalation as and when required.
