• Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, quarterly newsletter and regular email bulletin.
• Use social media to communicate with staff internally and advise management of developments throughout the organisation, either face to face or through regular written communication.

• Organised a regional consultation on Work and Livelihoods of the Poor in the National Capital Region (NCR) of India, for an in-depth discussion to identify the sectoral and occupational issues concerning the informal sector in the region.
•Identified and contacted over 100 organisations and forged partnerships to develop a database of those working on the said issues in the NCR.
•Presented a paper entitled, “Social action interventions in response to the needs of the poor: Current perspectives from the NCT/NCR”, during the consultation organized for the project.
•Networked with stakeholders for facilitating achievement of project deliverables in the Indian political system of governance in rural India.
•Organised leadership-training workshops for elected women representatives.
•Prepared training material and assisted in coordination of various academic reports and other publications.
•Organised a South Asia Youth summit for 100 youths to provide them a platform for deliberations upon issues confronting the region, focal point for information dissemination, fund raising and media coordination for the summit.
