Manage recruitments for oil and gas positions for BP, UK/US/Middle East
•Gained wide experience in working on all the job boards such as Naukri Gulf, Oil Careers, Oil and Gas Job Search, World Wide Worker, Bayt, Monster Gulf, and Rig Zone
•Well experienced in working on BP Job Portal TAS, Social Source and LinkedIn
•Deliver effective recruitment results and advice, encompassing manpower planning, reward strategy, market pay trends, and organization structures to managers across the organization
•Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
•Ensure the arrangement of an employee induction programme enabling the new member to integrate into the local surroundings and understand the culture that exists in their new working environment
•Lead the implementation, delivery, and evolution of an external pipelining strategy to ensure the organization has an active candidate pipelines for a broad range of positions
•Specialized in Upstream Oil & Energy sector
•Pre-screen the candidates and present a shortlist for each role within specified timeframe
•Own the relationship with the candidates and the hiring community and ensure regular updates and feedback is provided for candidates, hiring managers and HR
•Mediate in further interviews with candidate and Recruiter in BP UK, US, and
