VERTICAL PROJECTS (Mid rise and High rise Condominiums)

• Provides efficient quantity take-off and develops in-house cost estimates for Electrical
System and Auxiliary Systems (FDAS, CCTV, Intercom, FTTH, CATV)
• Facilitates and manages the entire bidding process for various electrical and auxiliary
systems from pre-bidding to contract administration
• Ensures accurate and detailed bid proposals for complex electrical systems
• Effectively coordinates with engineering consultants to ensure the development of
precise and accurate electrical plans
• Evaluates Change/Variation Orders to ensure seamless project progression
• Reviews technical specifications of Owner Furnished Materials (OFMs) prior to purchasing
• Evaluated electrical shop drawings prior to implementation and/or fabrication
• Provides Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for various electrical and auxiliary requirements
• Developed the company’s Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA) for electrical works,
establishing a standardized approach to costing

HORIZONTAL PROJECTS
• Reviewed, checked, and revised over 50 single and two-family dwelling electrical system
• Provides Electrical Design Aanlysis and Calculations
• Furnishes permit, construction, and as-built electrical plans as required
• Provided electrical design and assistance to various horizontal and special projects
• Evaluated and Awarded projects for Permanent Distribution Line and Streetlights

OTHER RESPONSIBILITES
• Conducts thorough evaluations of contractors’ qualifications, capabilities, performance
histories, and financial stability for accreditation purposes
• Coordinates with various electrical utility companies for electrical requirements, technical
approvals, and analyses
• Maintains up-to-date records of all EE contractors' performance and surety bond details,
including issuance, renewals, and expirations

• Engaged in the project engineering process from bidding to project implementation
• Accustomed to managing multiple costings and projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient
resource allocation and timely delivery
• Attended client meetings, pre-bids, and bidding sessions
• Conducted site inspections to assess progress and ensure compliance with project
specifications and safety regulations

installation of 1500kVA Generator Set, Automatic Transfer Switches, Busducts, Panelboards
from Powerhouse (4000A) to Distribution Panels at Electrical Rooms, Fire Rated Cables,
Cable Trays, Louvers, Grounding System, High Voltage Switch Gear, two MVA Power
Transformer and XLPE Cables, among others.
