SOFON Department (SPD) Project, KSA
• Manage all Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) activities related to Communication, Supreme
Authority Industrial System (SAIS) package (former HCIS) and Instrumentation and Control systems (I&C). This includes
ICT infrastructure, SAIS-compliant industrial security systems, instrumentation and control systems as defined below.
The ICT / Communication infrastructure consists of the following but not limited to:
◦ Network infrastructure scope such as ICT Servers, network switches, router, firewalls, IP phones.
◦ Network industrial cabinets, telecom/server rooms, outside plant infrastructures.
The SAIS (former HCIS) industrial scope consists of the following but not limited to:
◦ Security Servers, network switches, patch panels, cybersecurity.
◦ Security industrial cabinets, Security Control Center (SCC) all associated passive components.
◦ CCTV, Access Control, crash barrier, bollards, turnstiles, x-ray machines, explosives scanners and others.
The instrumentation and control scope consist of the following but not limited to:
◦ Building Management System (BMS), Fire and Gas Detection System, Direct Digital Control (DDC), Power
System Automation (PSA).
◦ Distributed Control System (DCS) forindustrial process equipment control and monitoring, Control System for
2 and 4 Stroke Ship Engine.
◦ Process Automation Network (PAN), Servers, network switches, patch panel, firewalls, cybersecurity and
others.
• Actively involves in planning, monitoring, resource management, team leadership, and collaboration with the
stakeholders to ensure the project completion is align with Saudi Aramcos capital project execution requirements by
maintaining compliance with project schedules, budgetary constraints, and technical specifications—while upholding
high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory adherence.
• Lead the interface coordination between EMF and MYPD projects within the defined scope, proactively addressing
cross-discipline interface issues, mitigating risks, and fostering consistent, transparent communication across all
project stakeholders.
• Lead the review and administration of all ongoing and potential Change Order Requests (CORs) related to
Communication, Instrumentation and Controlsystems and IndustrialSecurity Scope. Ensuring comprehensive impact
assessments, accurate documentation, and strategic alignment with overall project goals.
• Continuously monitoring project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive timely, cost
enective, and high-quality execution in accordance with client expectations and industry best practices.
• Manage and coordination with the Contractor, Sub-Contractors and Vendors for any engineering, procurement and
construction issues for the immediate resolution.
• Manage the procurement and construction activities of the HCIS industrial security system to ensure fullcompliance
with HCIS directives 2017.

• Led construction and installation worksthrough regular site visits, ensuring compliance with IFC drawings, safety
regulations, and project specifications.
• Managed project interface coordination with the ICT team and Building Contractorsto promptly resolving technical
and execution challenges to avoid schedule delays.
• Led testing and commissioning enortsfor ICT, HCIS Security Package, and Audiovisual package, including Site
Acceptance Testing (SAT), Performance Acceptance Testing (PAT), and system integration testing.
• Led the project close-out and handover to the project proponent along with all required project documents.
• Managed, coordinate and validate all project deliverables, including IFC packages, RFIs, Shop Drawings, Red-Line and
As-Built Drawings, and Non-Material Requisitions to support Mechanical Completion and smooth project close-out
including transition to the Operation and Maintenance Team.
• Led the daily safety inspections and progress monitoring to mitigate risks and maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Saudis on-the-job training to foster their professional growth and
development.

• Led the end-to-end project lifecycle management (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning,
operations) for diverse ICT, industrial security systemsand other ELV systems.
• Ensured compliant and timely system installations, leveraging proactive site visits and issue resolution.
• Developed and implements operational policies & procedures maximizing system uptime and performance
throughout lifecycle.
• Managed project budgets, schedules, and resources, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Successfully commissioned projects, guaranteeing full functionality and performance via rigorous testing and
troubleshooting.
• Managed warranty services and coordinated system repairs/upgrades.
• Led the development and engineering designof ELV systems including the industrial security systemsalong with the
product datasheetsas per project requirements.
