•Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
•Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
•Arrange staff individual files.
•Perform duties as assigned by Chief Operating Officer
•Arrange and coordinate meetings for chairman, CEO and COO as requested.
•Manage conference room reservation and organize all aspects for meetings.
•Update various spreadsheet sheets and other general administrative duties as needed.
•Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.
•Managing filing system.
•Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
•Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
•Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
•Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
•Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
•Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
•Process POS (point of sale) purchases
•Handle returns of merchandise
