1. Sourcing & Headhunting qualified candidates and ensuring that there are quality CVs in the pipeline.
2. Responsible for promotions and following the policy associated with it.
3. Responsible for efficient and optimized recruitment processes of internal & external candidates.
3. Contribute to providing current sourcing & recruitment knowledge and trends within the overall market
4. Execute screening and/or interviews.
5. Conducting interviews.
• Conducting investigations and take the disciplinary actions based on the Saudi Labor Law.
• Ending employees’ services (resignation - termination - terminating contract) and make sure that everything is in line with the Saudi Labor law and employee’s rights.
• Resolve employee issues and advice management of appropriate resolution.
• Organizing surveys and exit interviews for effectively resolving reported issues.
• Maintaining updated knowledge and acquainting team members on various employment policies to be implemented in day to day business transactions.
• Make sure and assist employees follow the Saudi Labor Law.
• Assisting the management and employees in implementing disciplinary actions, managing performance, productivity and other related issues.
Volunteered to teach children English on the weekends (a semester)
Won first place in a translation competition held at College of Languages and Translation at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University.
