Core Responsibilities
❖ Remodelled, refurbished and expanded interior and exterior of building to
ensure safe and appropriate nursery environment to promote learning and
development suitable to accommodate young children.
❖ Oversee processing of all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of
Immigration Office, Ministry of Social Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in
compliance with the laws and regulations (visas, residency, ID’s and
passports to all personnel under and to be under sponsorship.
❖ Managing and supervising a team of over 30 employees in two branches.
❖ Ensuring that appropriate equipment and resources are available and
maintained in accordance to developmental and safety standards.
❖ Recruiting and inducting qualified and experienced staff members and
making sure training and employee development is provided.
❖ Conducting regular staff meetings to ensure quality of workflow and
addressing any concerns and/or issues before / as they arise and also to
maintain good morale.

Main Duties
❖ Providing excellent support to high profile executives and consultants inside

❖ Managing ASG calendar and agenda, scheduling meetings and coordinating
events.
❖ Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations.
❖ Dealing with incoming and outgoing e-mails, faxes and post.
❖ Organizing and maintaing files and records in a highly efficient manner.
❖ Handling phone calls and inquiries .
❖ Translating customer complaints of telecom operators from Arabic to English
and vice versa.
❖ Assisting (preparing files and putting together evidences) in support of ASG
during legal cases between telecommunications operators and the
Regulatory Authority.
