• Responsible for all process starts from sourcing, screening of CV till Joining which includes background and reference checking and make sure that employee joined the group on time.
• First point contact for all HR/Administration related queries.
• Handling the Overseas Recruitment and deploying employees at the best suitable.
• Provide detail information to new employee regarding to the company policies and benefits.
• Ensure all staff’s inductions are completed on time.
• Handling day-to-day efficient operation of HR Department.
• Responsible for creating monthly reports related to recruitment, headcount and terminations
• Manage exit process of leaving and terminated employees; conducting exit interviews and retention of qualified employees.
• Preparation of Offer letters/Appointment, Joining, duty resume, Warning, Suspension/Termination, salary certificates and all other Memo’s.
• Processing of leave applications and Salary advances.
• Supervises and oversees of payroll & PRO activities and reporting to the Head.
• Handling the workmen’s compensation of employees like addition and deletions.
• Following up with PRO with regards to Visa/ Labor card/ Emirates ID/ Occupational health Cards renewals and cancellations.
• Ensures up-to-date accuracy of all employee information and updating the HR Module.
• Managing accommodation/ Transportation to the newly arrived /transferred employees.
• Handling the Fleet Services which includes Renewals, Motor Insurance, Salik, GPS tracking and RTA files.
• Handling the Head office/ Retail Branches entire administration activities.
• Visiting the Retail branches time to time to solve employee issues.
• Handling the personal works of Chairman and Director’s.
• Responsible for the control and management of Pre and post recruitment activities such as, screening CV’s, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters and contracts, reference checks, work/entry permit applications.
• Responsible for updating the database module in Oracle Enterprise HRMS Package.
• Responsible for On-Boarding procedures, Induction & Orientation for new staff.
• Responsible for the managing the Medical Insurance Policy for the Group of Companies which include addition/deletion of members, medical claims, workmen’s compensations & respective reimbursements.
• Informing the employees about the visa/Labor card renewal and furnish all the documents.
• Prepare Letters such as salary certificate, salary transfer, Experience Certificates, No objection letter, Confirmation Letter and other inter office memo.
• Maintain office supplies including sourcing, obtaining quotations, purchasing, & distribution of the office stationary.
• Attend to all employee’s queries, concerns & complaints, communicating the HR policies, rules & procedures to the employees and provide advice and guidance to management on all HR related issues.
• Keeping separate records for terminated, resigned and absconded employees.
• Proficient in managing the attributes of Wage Protection System (WPS).
• Ensuring that employee files are maintained and the necessary documents are obtained and filed as per ISO policies & procedures.
• Handling and safe Keeping of Original passports of all employees, maintaining data base, communicating with employees time to time for their passport and Visa Status.
• Proper distribution of Labor card to employees, collection of Labor card at the time of vacation or termination.
• Responsible for arranging documents for Visa Processing or Renewal, modification or cancellation.
• Coordinates all types of leave requests and Rejoining Formalities.
• Responsible for Issuing of Air Tickets at the time of Cancellation of Visa.
• Responsible for Preparation of Medical Documentation/ Emirates ID applications for the New Joiners.
• Liaising with the accommodation team for the new hired employee’s room allocation.
Done MBA in marketing and systems and passed out with 60% marks in the year 2009.
