Manages and oversees electrical aspects of projects, Reviews project drawings, load
calculations, specifications, and other documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy

• Responsible for all the assets of the property and equipment health condition.
Coordinating with clients and processing invoices and all bills.
Considering client’s requirements and clearing the requirements up to their satisfaction.
Tracking reports like monthly power consumption, water consumption and rental bills of clients and generating invoices submitting bills and tracking of bills submission.
Updating soft copies of daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
• Getting quotations from vendors for breakdown equipment and executing the work to reduce breakdown time.
• Responsible for all properties of site like Transformer’s, diesel generators, switching unit, UPS, ATS and AMF panels, chillers, STP system, and FA, PA equipment’s and Firefighting equipment’s etc.
• Monitoring all fire safety equipment and taking preventive action for all equipment as planned. (Trial run of pumps and by conducting mock drills).

Erection of Electrical Systems for substations, transformers, DG sets
Earthling, Cable Laying/Routing, Plant & Emergency Lighting etc.
Responsible for resolving all the engineering / design Restraints in the electrical
construction work. Engineering review of drawings
Preparation of weekly critical action item list for resolving the engineering restraints and release of
drawings. Planning and implementation of the electrical construction activities
Preparation of work schedule / bar charts / progress curves etc.
Follow up for the delivery of material / equipment required as per the work schedule to ensure the
material availability in the scheduled time at site.
Safety supervision for all the electrical construction activities at site.
Planning and implementation for temporary power supply arrangement to various construction
activities using D.G sets.

Monitoring of Electrical works like Tower and Equipment foundations, Erections, Stringing and
Jumpering works of Bus and Earth wire, Equipment and switch yard earthing activities, site
coordination, Stores, Design and Drawing Approvals, Subcontracting, Checking and passing
Quantities, Progress review and site meetings.

Supervision of 132/33 KV Sub-station construction overall works. Earthing system for the
sub-station. Supervision of Gantries, equipment and C&R panels erection. Supervision of
Cable laying and termination Maintenance of S/S EQPs like transformers, CTs, PTs,
CBs, HT Motors, Panels, Fire alarms sensors and smoke detectors etc.
