Project Manager for. Mega Master Planning effort for 4 Cities and respective regions across the Kingdom.
In charge of full project coordination and day-to-day liaison with client. Full coordination of 4 multi-disciplinary partner consulting firms as well as coordination with client.s team of experts and a UNDP advisory group.
Reporting to the Senior Architect and Lead Civil Engineer, in a senior level position leading an experi- enced team of both international and Saudi Urban Designers and architects, independently reviewing plans submitted by Design-Build (DB) contractors, applying intensive and diverse knowledge of planning principles and practices in broad areas of assignment.
Coordinating detailed phases of planning work for the RMTC project ensuring key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule, and staffs are working together effectively. Manage and play a key role in client presentations, client satisfaction and report development.
Manage team of multidisciplines consultants and in-house team throughout design stages of major master planning efforts in seven cities across KSA.

Assumed position as a Practice Builder and Project Manager re-locating to Southeastern Virginia region to open-up and direct the creation of the company’s urban planning division. Hired staff and generally did marketing outreach, networking and client relations.
