Recruitment Officer:
- Accountable for end to end recruitment: Sourcing, pre-screen, interview, shortlist, identify, background verification, offer negotiation and on-boarding orientation.
- Recruiting for permanent and contract hire roles at all levels in various sectors such as Oil and Gas, Construction, Insurance and Tourism.
- Follow all relevant recruitment policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Carry out regular updating of the resume database and facilitate availability of updated information.
- Conduct job analysis to prepare job descriptions and evaluate job; monitor salary data to ensure salary structure is competitive.
- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals.
- Carry out the initial screening of all candidates CV’s as per the clients policies, procedures and job specifications in order to shortlist the most suitable candidates for the positions
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Liaising with shortlisted candidates to schedule personal or telephonic interviews.
- Acting as a single point of contact for selected candidates for all recruitment related questions and concerns.
- Coordinating with selected candidates to complete all HR formalities and to ensure timely on-boarding.
- Updating recruitment reports by entering new employee details, employment visa details and monitoring contract expiry.

Projects Officer:
- Supporting the projects team operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishments of targets.
- Creating project plans and schedules and for Shutdown projects and executing plans accordingly.
- Coordinate all activities with the source agency in India including the provision of an overview of the vacancy, job specifications, coordination and scheduling of interviews etc. in order to expedite the sourcing of candidates as per Client requirements.
- Carry out the initial screening of all candidates CV’s as per the clients policies, procedures and job specifications in order to shortlist the most suitable candidates for the positions.
- Formatting CV’s and preparation of faxes and letters as required for submission of candidates CV’s to the client.
- Collecting and organizing candidate’s documents and other information required for visa process.
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements for selected candidates during mobilization and demobilization.
- Continuous follow up to ensure candidates travel as per advised schedule.
- Preparation of documents required for application of CNIA passes.
- Preparation of effective progress reports for assigned projects to keep management appraised for project status, major issues, scope changes, resource changes, and milestone achievements or misses.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future Shutdown and Short Term requirements.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as prescribed by the Projects Team Leader.

Planning / Production Coordinator at Penta Global Engineering company
