Established Cisco as a thought leader in IT architectures for Video and Collaboration through customer references,
product launches, and content placement for Collaboration platforms such as Cisco Jabber and WebEx TelePresence.
• Implemented Product Lifecycle and automation processes working in tandem with Engineering, Services Organization
and Sales Leadership teams.
• Managed vendor relationships to set the art direction and production of promotional videos and case studies to be
used at events such as Cisco Live.
• Partnered with the company’s Sales Advisory Team to cascade adoption and awareness campaigns to the field.
Established new sales operations and customer relationship management processes for post-sales engagement.
• Coordinated unique and effective virtual demonstrations engaging external partners, global service providers and
customers to align the product with specific needs and demonstrate ROI.
• Contributed to messaging and brand transition activities of $1B acquisition of Tandberg.
• Served as primary liaison for partners and clients in medical, financial, government and private sectors.
